LoJack Corporation (Nasdaq: LOJN) reported today that revenue for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2009 declined 26% to$35.6 million, from $48.2 million in the same quarter a year ago. The net loss attributable to LoJack Corporation for the fourth quarter of 2009 was $2.3 million or $0.13 per diluted share, compared to net income attributable to LoJack Corporation of $0.2 million or $0.01 per diluted share in the same quarter a year ago.
